I can't make the Owner's Association meeting on Jan. 8th. Other than losing the opportunity to vote for condo board members, is anyone aware of any other rights I'd be forfeiting by not being present?

Have you been reading the emails Beth sends? I also can't make the meeting, and she sent an email asking everyone their availability so she can reschedule. She's looking at the last week of Jan or first week of Feb. If you want to be part of the meeting, just touch base with her about what dates work for you.
